As native Texans, the relocation from Houston to IL was a BIG one!  Besides co-workers suggestions, we were almost clueless of where we should settle.  This is where Annabelle came in.  We placed our trust in her and she helped us sort through it all.  It proved to be a wise decision.  After many miles, e-mails and phone calls she found the perfect house and neighborhood.  Her job was only half complete, because a real estate transaction in IL is much different than in TX.  She informatively assisted us from negotiating our contract to closing.  This is where the transaction usually ends but not with Annabelle.  She has kept in touch through e-mail and her fun postcards.  She is really special and we highly recommend her.
